This role is responsible for building, developing, and leading a high‑performing MP&L organization across planning, warehousing, and transportation functions, while ensuring logistics operations are cost‑effective, compliant, reliable, and capable of supporting current production as well as future program launches. The Materials Process & Flow Engineer will lead and oversee all Materials, Planning, and Logistics (MP&L) functions in support of Magna Steyr MESA operations by designing, implementing, and continuously improving robust, lean logistics processes that meet both internal production demands and external customer requirements.
