What We're Looking For (Required): External Candidates: High School or GED, 2 years of production operations experience, 1 year of supervisory experience Proficiency with PCs, including Microsoft Office and JD Edwards Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and SPC/SQC tools and techniques Familiarity with OSGH, GMP, and FDA regulations and guidelines Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexibility in schedule Strong leadership, verbal, written, analytical, mathematical, reasoning, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment with diverse personalities Organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment . Using a process-based leadership model, you will collaborate closely with the Production Manager to establish priorities and ensure that short-term and long-term objectives are met.
