To succeed, you must be a highly reliable, quick-learning team player who remains resilient under pressure, possesses the physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and can comfortably commit to a rotating 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule (7:00 AM - 5:45 PM) that includes working weekends twice a month.
