The Nurse Manager must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care—assessing resident needs, supporting growth and development across the lifespan, and tailoring care to each resident’s unique requirements. Ability to facilitate project management, work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.
