You'll proactively identify and engage passive talent, conduct targeted market research, build pipelines, and continually adjust sourcing strategies to reach qualified candidates across areas such as software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, AI/ML, ERP, and other niche disciplines. This role combines hands-on full-cycle recruiting with strong process management to keep searches moving, maintain consistent communication and follow-up, manage candidate and hiring-manager activity, and use recruiting data and market insights to optimize the process.
