As a Surgery Scheduler, float, you will be responsible for patient scheduling, admissions, and therapeutic procedures: obtaining insurance authorizations, answer, screen and respond to incoming calls, prepare all documentation, charts, encountering and other information needed for physician clinics, schedule patient needed appointments, x-rays, surgery, and tests. Ability to understand and correctly use technical terminology, correctly identify and extract data from hospital records, enter data on flow sheets or in computer and maintain study records.
