Inspect parts to ensure conformance to quality specifications, holding tight tolerances on small-diameter turned features using micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, optical comparators, microscopes and other measuring tools as required. Set up jobs, as scheduled, to run on our CITIZEN, STAR or TSUGAMI Swiss-type lathes, including guide bushing setup, bar feeder loading, and sub-spindle/live-tool operations.
