li>Operates, troubleshoots, repairs, services and maintains complex and major HVAC systems including 11 pipe chilled water systems, variable air volume boxes and controls, air cooled chillers, air handlers, low pressure boilers, evaporators, chilled and hot water pumps, condensers, motors, drive mechanisms and control systems. Under the general supervision of the Director of Maintenance, the employee is responsible for operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying mechanical, electrical, and control systems of heating and air conditioning (HVAC), piping, natural gas, electrical components, controls, and digital, electronic, and automated control systems.
