This role is responsible for make ready duties in offices and clinic areas, maintenance and repair work of painting, carpentry (countertops, doors, framing, drywall), furniture & equipment moving, light plumbing, basic appliance repair/installation, and light electrical. Performs and trains staff in simple plumbing installations and repairs, i.e. install/repair faucets, unclog drains, replace valves, etc.
