Support special projects with outside vendors including, kitchen staff, furniture suppliers, vending and coffee equipment, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, cleaning services, waste management, pest control, construction, outside landscaping and offsite record storage. The Senior Technician, Facilities Maintenance will be responsible for assisting the Lead Technician of Facilities Maintenance with supporting inspecting, maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operating results.
