This role manages a team of technicians and/or third-party maintenance vendors, oversees preventive and corrective maintenance programs, manages capital improvement and modernization projects, and serves as the primary point of accountability for elevator uptime, safety, and code compliance across all managed properties. The Elevator Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the elevator maintenance department across the company's residential apartment portfolio, ensuring all vertical transportation equipment (elevators, and related lift systems) operates safely, reliably, and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
