Plans, supervises, coordinates, and monitors building maintenance and custodial services; supervises maintenance and repairs of structural and architectural elements, electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, built-in furniture, moveable furnishings and equipment, cabinetry, valves, pumps, fixed laboratory equipment, doors, windows, walls, ceilings, floors, sprinklers, and alarm systems. Foreign Education: Applicants who have completed education outside of the United States must submit a foreign credential evaluation completed by a professional credential evaluation agency that is a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) or the Association of International Credential Evaluators (AICE).
