Provide expert-level analytic leadership in identifying, planning, developing, validating, and implementing advanced analytic production methodologies, intelligence tradecraft, and analytical techniques aligned with labor category and mission requirements. Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and subject-matter expertise to Military Commanders, Senior Government Officials (GG-15 and above), Defense Planners, policymakers, and other senior decision-makers, including officials at the Under Secretary level and above.
