Responsibilities:Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and timely completion of resident assessments in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA and other payor program requirementsEnsure assessments accurately reflect the physical, mental, and psychosocial status of each residentEnsure accuracy of RAI to reflect optimal reimbursement for services providedEnsure appropriate documentation to report and support services provided and assessment accuracyRequirements:Current LPN state licensure without any enforcement action against itPrevious MDS 3.0 experience requiredAbility to speak, understand, read and write in EnglishCaldera Cares for you!
