The project includes upgrades to electrical and power infrastructure, HVAC, telecommunications, fiber-optic networks, physical security, IT infrastructure, utilities, and supporting facility systems. Serving as the VA’s Owner’s Representative, the CM-CA will provide construction administration, quality assurance, contractor oversight, schedule monitoring, safety coordination, project documentation, and stakeholder coordination throughout construction.
