The Branch Manager leads all aspects of daily branch operations, including distribution, marine (over-the-water) fueling services, staff supervision, safety and environmental compliance, customer relationships, and branch profitability. • Perform and supervise over-the-water fueling of commercial fishing vessels, tugs, barges, and other marine craft in compliance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations (33 CFR 154/156), Oregon DEQ requirements, and company spill prevention procedures.
