This position reports into the Senior Manager of Engineering and Maintenance and partners with Production, Quality, Safety, Procurement, and Maintenance Departments to eliminate process variation and execute cost reduction opportunities with a focus on equipment control, technology upgrades, and automation implementation. Physical Demands and Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hand and eye coordination, use hand/air/electrical power tools, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch.
