The Program Manager coordinates technical and business teams, maintains the performance baseline, communicates priorities to various team leaders, and ensures that commitments are translated into timely, accurate, and supportable deliverables on existing multi-year federally funded projects. Coordinate plant, engineering, chemistry, construction, maintenance, operations, quality, ESH, finance, procurement, IT, and contracts activities across interdependent workstreams via effective and proactive collaboration with the associated leads in each area.
