Leverage available analytics reports and tools to measure success, identify learnings and continually optimize marketing activities throughout campaigns • Monitor, analyze and present competitive analysis presentations Experience: Qualifications: - 3+ years of marketing experience in direct and digital marketing programs, including a range of paid, owned and earned media channels - Able to drive vision and facilitate stakeholders to achieve clear objectives - Partners with reporting and analytic stakeholders and joint teams to ensure data and tactical report plans align with objectives - Strong collaboration, facilitation and change management skills to communicate and drive alignment - Experience in retail and/or loyalty marketing preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required Duties: • Develop situation assessment and provide key inputs and insights in support of marketing plan and business case development • Contribute to the strategic marketing brief and lead development of tactical marketing brief • Lead development and execution of all project deliverables across paid, owned and earned channels, including maintaining marketing project schedules and status reports • Establish strong relationships and collaborate closely with business partners across the organization, including Digital, Operations, Corporate Communications, Customer Insights, Media, Creative, Agency Partners, Legal, etc.
