DANY's Strategic Investments Unit plans, implements, and oversees special projects that advance the Office's public safety and justice innovation priorities, including court-based initiatives, community-based programs, internal policy development and implementation, and the Office's Criminal Justice Investment Initiative, a $250 million investment in community-based crime prevention and criminal justice system reform. The Program Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned community-based organizations, service providers, consultants, and other partners and will be responsible for monitoring implementation, reviewing program performance, identifying and helping resolve operational challenges, and ensuring appropriate follow-up on program commitments and deliverables.
