Provides one-on-one or small group tutoring in assigned location (i.e. in-person, online, in the classroom); Works with a diverse student population to support learning of key concepts and study strategies; Provides students with positive and constructive feedback; Maintains accurate records of tutoring sessions; Collaborates with faculty, students, and other stakeholders to support student success; Continuously engages in professional growth and development, including staying current in the curricula, leveraging best practices, and reviewing student feedback; May assist in developing materials to support tutoring in the discipline or student skills; Other duties as assigned by Dean/Coordinator. The Tutor, reporting to the Coordinator of Tutoring and the Dean of Teaching and Learning Support Division, provides individual and small group tutoring supporting material taught in class.
