The ideal candidate for this role is someone with extensive compensation and/or rewards consulting experience in or around professional services, strong data and analytical skills, and a track record of independently developing client relationships, originating and closing data product and advisory sales, and leading complex client engagements. You will also play an important role in developing the technical/consulting skills of our team members, especially in the areas of job architecture and career leveling frameworks, modelling cash compensation programs and equity compensation to align with our client’s business and HR strategy.

Applicable areas include capital/non-capital investments, new product introductions, restructuring initiatives, make or buy decisions, logistics cost analysis, customer pricing decisions, and other complex matters requiring financial modeling. Oversee timely and accurate preparation of expense reports for internal and corporate stakeholders, including quarterly results packages, management discussion and analysis documents, waterfall analysis, and other management reporting documents.

You will work directly with commercial lending officers, treasury managers, and credit risk professionals to understand their work and help synthesize those across: current state understandings, target state hypothesis, process documentation, requirements, and / or and platform configuration decisions that drive measurable outcomes. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead Commercial Banking functional workstreams on large-scale banking transformation programs, translating complex business requirements into actionable solution designs while bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology implementation teams.
