In this role, you will: Coordinate Resident Assessments : Oversee admission, annual, quarterly, Medicare, and change-of-condition assessments, while ensuring timely communication with nursing and other departments. Provide Quality Reporting : Generate and distribute Quality Indicators Reports to leadership to support care improvement.
