High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor&'s preferred but not required~^~5+ years of automotive dealership experience (Sales Associate/Representative, Service Advisor, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, F&I Manager, Controller/Office Manager, Parts Manager, Service Manager, Fixed Operations Director, or GM)~^~Must be willing to travel extensively with overnight hotel stays up to 5 nights per week (every week).~^~Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver\u2019s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.~^~Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing. Our training consists of time with experienced consulting and sales representatives in the field for approximately 90 days, online courses completed in your home office, and classroom instruction through our offices in Dayton and Houston.
