Shall demonstrate experience developing, synchronizing, and executing multi-INT collection strategies across HUMINT, CI, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, OSINT, and Airborne ISR.Shall possess the ability to analyze mission objectives, intelligence gaps, and collection postures to develop collection plans, synchronization matrices, and decision-support products. The selected candidate's responsibilities will include the following: Represent USNORTHCOM in multiple collection management and ISR forums, departmental and national-level interagency meetings, including the Defense Collection Management Working Group/Board and other Combatant Command Joint Collection Management Working Groups/Boards, as directed by the Government.
