Data systems include but are not limited to: Air Force Portal, AFTOC, Item Manager Wholesale Requisition Process (D035A), Master Item Identification Data Base System (D043), DoD E-mall, Defense Repair Information Logistics System (DRILS), Global Combat Support Systems (GCSS), Federal Logistics Information System, Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS), Logistics Installations and Mission Support Enterprises View (LIMSEV), REMIS, SMART, Weapon System Management Information System-Readiness Assessment Module (WSMIS-RAM), and other DoD/Service/CPP systems as required. These shall include statistical process control techniques, trending, cyclical and erratic pattern identification, root cause analysis tools such as Five Whys, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Pareto analysis techniques, Fault Tree analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, shift detection techniques and other similar tools.
