Assess patient progress, communicate treatment outcomes, contribute to discharge planning, document clinical information, record treatment minutes, participate in patient care conferences and rehabilitation meetings, obtain necessary durable medical equipment and supplies, and support students under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist. The role supports evidence-based interventions, patient progress assessment, treatment documentation, and collaboration with patients, families, caregivers, and the healthcare team.
