The Billing Compliance Education Specialist oversees creation and implementation of documentation, coding, and billing compliance education for physicians, advanced practice professionals, residents, fellows, post-doctoral associates, medical students, and staff in accordance with the UF College of Medicine – Jacksonville Billing Compliance Plan. • Collaborates with the Physician Billing Compliance Services auditing team by conducting one-on-one educational sessions with providers and/or billing/coding staff on remedial education needs identified in billing compliance audits.
