The Coding Specialist is responsible for abstracting all CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, modifier, and units from the medical record documentation for pro-fee billing. ï· Active coding certification through AAPC or AHIMA (CPC, CIC, COC, CRC, CPMA, CCS, CCS-P, RHIA, RHIT, CPC-A, etc.).
