Performance Reviews (and compensation reviews)Job Description: Key Responsibilities:* Identify and troubleshoot batch QC result abnormalities and take action as able* Test all production samples as required - following SOPs as defined, performing test methods accurately, and recording all test results* Support project and continuous improvement work as needed to help maintain project timelines* Understand customer requirements and determine adjustments for batches as needed* Collaborate with other QC teams, production, and technical groups to independently disposition batches* Maintain all laboratory equipment and perform required calibrations as assigned* Utilize immediate production and project needs to prioritize daily activities* Maintain lab ancillary inventory, daily material stocking needs, and contribute to 6S* Understand, support, and maintain Delaware"s Quality Management System requirements* Support Departmental X matrix action items as assigned* Completion of development plans in entirety* Execution of RCA tasks as assignedQualifications* Bachelor"s degree required* Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering preferred* 1 year of academic or professional laboratory experience and proven ability to accurately apply laboratory methods* Ability to work night shift (3rd shift)* Ability to work weekends as dictated by business need* Ability to work additional overtime as determined by businessIf you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
