Responsibilities: Assisting with chest tube insertion/removal, blood product administration, ventilated patient care, central line care, CRRT management, emergency medication administration, hypothermia protocol, ABG interpretation, dysrhythmia management, IABP care, PICC line management, IV initiation, and ongoing patient monitoring in the ICU setting. This role involves providing advanced patient care for critically ill adult and geriatric patients, managing complex medical conditions, and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
