This individual will make rounds to meet with clinical nurses to provide guidance and oversee less experienced nurses and to help facilitate their career development while providing training to aspiring nurses, nursing students, or licensed staff to help ensure provision of safe care and ease transition from advanced beginner to competent clinical nurse. License / Certification : Active RN licensure, BLS required, Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, other specialty certifications) may be required depending upon unit assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
