The Youth Mentor working for the Kids Program for Assertive Community Treatment (KPACT), provides behavioral management support, social skill development, intensive supervision, crisis stabilization services, transportation, and family support to children and adolescents with mental illness, substance use disorders, and/or developmental disabilities in the home, school, and community settings. Key Responsibilities: Implements behavioral management strategies; facilitates activities designed to improve social and problem-solving skills; assists with crisis resolution; implements interventions to improve overall functioning as indicated by the KPACT treatment plan and as directed by the treatment team.
