n\n \ufe0f Planogram Know-How: Experience reading and executing store layouts or planograms preferred.\n \n\n Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.\n \n\n Organizational Strength: A multitasking pro with top-notch time management, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize on the fly.\n \n\n Tech Confidence: Comfortable using visual merchandising software, devices, and other store tools to support planning and execution.\n \n\n \nAdditional Physical and Environmental Requirements:\n\n Physical Activity: Frequent standing, walking, and reaching with hands and arms; occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and crawling.\n \n\n Mobility & Movement: Frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching throughout the day.\n \n\n Drive Sales Through Visual Impact: Use product knowledge, judgment, and trend insights to make display decisions that enhance the guest experience and support sales.\n \n\n Innovate and Share Ideas: You're always thinking creatively\u2014whether suggesting ways to improve display flow or introducing new styling ideas to help our customers envision the possibilities.\n
