You coach the team on how best to engage their customers, you ensure that each Sales team member is empowered to deliver their individual goal, and you keep the entire team moving toward the store's financial target by managing task execution, replenishment, transfers, and speed of product to the customer (BOSS, BOPIS, and Merchandise Requests, to name a few programs you'll support). Your passion lies in creating extraordinary customer experiences - whether from stunning visual execution, driving sales results on the floor as Leader on Duty, or creating operational efficiencies in the back of house, you put the customer at the center of everything you do by ensuring your store is "customer-ready" every time they walk through the door.
