p>What it takes to Succeed: At least 18 years old High School Diploma or GED Must have a minimum of one (1) year leadership experience Theme park of high-volume retail experience preferred Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask projects/tasks at the same time and meet strict deadlines Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to adjust quickly to ever changing business demands Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, stand and sit for prolonged periods of time Ability to kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, climb a ladder, and walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to work in all work in all weather conditions: sun, extreme heat, cold, rain Ability to perform all types of cleaning duties, including use of cleaning chemicals.
