You'll work alongside therapists, case managers, housing teams, and other professionals to help clients address both their mental health and substance use needs while building stability and long-term recovery. In this role, you will independently assess, diagnose, prescribe, and monitor psychiatric medications, while collaborating closely with therapists and other members of the treatment team to provide safe, coordinated, and high-quality care.
