Title: Registered Nurse Unit: Cardiac Stepdown or Cardiac Progressive Care Unit or Cardiac Telemetry Facility: UHS Wilson Medical Center Location: 33-57 Harrison Street, Johnson City, NY 13790 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day shift—7am to 7pm Target start date: 10/26/2026 or ASAP EPIC Travel rates: 36 hours per week $43/hour (36 regular hours) $1,548 Meal Allowance: $75/day ($525/week) Lodging Reimbursement: $115/day ($805/week) $2,878 gross per week Facility Notes: Required Cardiac Telemetry RN Stepdown/PCU Include telemetry skills checklist 12 Days; 36/week, every other weekend, 13 weeks Required certs: BLS, ACLS, Required experience: 5 years RN experience, Experience in a cardiac tele department: experience with TAVR, watchmans, mitral clips, heart catheterizations, preop/post op open heart (when transferred out of CVICU), cardiac IV and PO, cardiac drips at a flat rate (cardizem, amiodarone, dobutamine, lidocaine, milrinone, heparin, insulin), anticoagulant, CHF, CP, arythmias, NSTEMI, STEMI, PE, post op CABG greater than 3 days, Sepsis, PNA, Stroke, observation patients, use TR band, groin management, and be familiar with complications Ensure skills checklists are completed accurately by workers **Please confirm cardio experience with workers prior to submission.
