Draft, review, evaluate, summarize, revise and negotiate routine and non-routine contracts, including, but not limited to confidentiality and non-disclosure, consulting, distributor, sales representative, supply, service, software, manufacturing, consignment, non-compete, terms and conditions of sale, terms and conditions of purchase, statements of work and other commercial documents for domestic and international business units in multiple practice areas. The Associate General Counsel - Americas is responsible for providing comprehensive legal service to the Americas region, including oversight of litigation, corporate secretary function and general corporate legal transactions including contracts, real estate, compliance issues, employment matters and supervision of outside counsel as needed.
