Hiring Requirements for Superintendent:Minimum 10 years' progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years as a Site Superintendent, with proven ability to independently manage projects $20M+ and independently oversee single projects $40M+.Experience managing projects for institutional clients (higher education, healthcare, or government) or high-end industrial facilities with rigorous coordination, safety, and communication requirements. Demonstrated expertise in two or more construction disciplines that may include but not limited to deep utility installation, water/wastewater infrastructure, drilling operations, electrical duct banks, or steam / condensate systems.
