The SOQ must be typed in Arial 12-point font, be no more than two pages in length, and should answer the three questions below: Please describe your knowledge and experience administering and/or supporting Reasonable Accommodation, Lactation Accommodation, Workers' Compensation, and Unpaid protective leave programs, including your experience interpreting and applying applicable federal and state laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and bargaining unit agreements related to these areas. The Analyst III will perform highly technical, consultative and complex analytical duties and will provide executives, managers, and supervisors with advice and direction in matters relating to Reasonable Accommodation (RA), Lactation Accommodation (LA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Workers' Compensation (WC).
