Brief Job Description: Under the direction of the Care Services Group Manager, the HIV Care Services Program Consultant will monitor, provide guidance, and technical assistance on the allocation and expenditure of HIV core and support services funds, the development of community-based plans for HIV care and support services, and improving of local health delivery systems for HIV and the quality of the services they deliver. Works as a member of and may lead cross-team workgroups on projects related to HIV care and support services and housing programs that include investigating third party payer systems, researching best practices and models, developing program objectives, preparing requests for proposals, and reviewing applications.
