Operating across diverse, high-acuity adult intensive care units at a premier Magnet-designated academic Level I Trauma center, this high-compensating role features an approved 48-hour overnight schedule (4x12-Hours, 19:00 PM – 07:30 AM / 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 48 guaranteed weekly hours; weekend blocked schedules accommodated). The critical care float pool provides vital coverage across the facility’s specialized intensive care units, including Trauma/Surgical ICU, Neuro ICU, Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic ICU (CVICU/CTICU), Burn ICU, and Medical ICU (MICU), as well as stepdown/progressive care holding as needed.
