Perform or assist with critical care procedures and therapies, including CRRT, ECMO-related care, EVD or ICP monitoring, and post-operative cardiac or neurosurgical management, as qualified. Collaborate with robust interdisciplinary resources, including IV teams, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, rehabilitation, social services, and rapid response teams.
