Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of telemetry experience, including surgical telemetry; experience with vascular care, groin and radial band management, intravenous skills, dysrhythmia interpretation, cardiac telemetry, chest tubes, cardiac drips, and post-cardiac procedures; current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications; valid compact nursing license in hand at submission; prior travel experience; electronic health record experience; and flexibility to float to like units. Required clinical skills may include breathing treatments, continuous positive airway pressure and bilevel positive airway pressure (CPAP/BiPAP), tracheostomy care, blood and blood product administration, cardioversion and defibrillation, epicardial pacemaker management, left ventricular assist device care, and telemetry interpretation.
