This includes leading team member relations, resident and family services and communication, resident well-being, vibrant resident activities, quality assurance, financial management, regulatory compliance, and all other aspects of community operations. This includes the ability to hire, discipline, and terminate department team members, schedule and staff department teams, ascertain quality of performance, and lead inter-departmental relationships.
