You lead and develop a team of nurses, build strong relationships with residents, families, and guardians, and help ensure the people we serve receive high-quality, respectful, and individualized care. Supportive team: Work alongside the AVP of Nursing, the VP of Clinical Services, and colleagues in residential, therapy, dietary, vocational, and social service departments.
