The Psychiatric Clinical Lead - Nurse Practitioner is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who plays a critical role in supporting integrated behavioral health care within a collaborative care model, focusing on mental health assessment and treatment for participants with psychiatric symptoms, cognitive deficits, and/or behavioral problems in a wide range of settings. Provides any of the following services to participants: advocacy, psycho-education, psychopharmacology, cognitive/behavioral interventions, monitoring of mental status, emotional support, brief psychotherapy, family based interventions.
