The Administrator works closely with corporate clinical leadership, addiction medicine physicians, behavioral health professionals, nursing teams, pharmacy, and site leadership to promote consistent, compliant, and effective addiction treatment programs across the organization. This non-physician role supports the development, implementation, and evaluation of substance use disorder treatment services, including medication-assisted treatment, counseling, withdrawal management, physician collaboration, discharge planning, and continuity of care.
