Required Qualifications: Current Ohio/OH or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license; American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; no minimum years of experience required; experience with post-operative open heart care, critical care, chest tube and drain management, pre- and post-procedure care for radial and femoral access patients, cardiac monitoring, and handling of specific procedures and equipment. Additional job responsibilities include assessing patient needs, providing post-operative and pre-operative care, monitoring cardiac rhythms, managing oxygen therapy devices, and floating across units within skill levels.
